Description
CHIANTI. Winery of 166 ha in the heart of Chianti Classico. The property's surface area measures approxmately 7,300 sq.m, including: main house (1,050 sq.m), country house (240 sq.m), caretakers's house and offices (1,680sq.m), undeground cellar (2,077 sq.m), additional cellars (145sq.m), machineries'shed (340sq.m). The main house along with the cellars are part of a medieval hamlet; it is also included the agriturismo (1,105sq.m) with restaurant and panoramic pool, 4 apartments (8 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms in total), two equipped lounges with kitchen and bathroom, direct sale space, caretaker's apartment and machineries'sheds. In addition there are a detached country house featuring two double bedrooms and two bathrooms (175sq.m) and a machineries'shed (740sq.m). The land comprises 45 ha vineyards (all productive) whose 28 ha DOCG and 17 ha IGT, 7 ha olive grove, 45 ha arable land, 45 ha woodland, 24 ha addional plots.
